Terms of Use
Agreement
By using Hamesh you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Who can use it
Hamesh is for people aged 13 and over. You're responsible for your account and what happens in it.
What you photograph
You photograph pages of your books to learn from them yourself. The pages and words stay yours; we use them only to provide the service (keeping, syncing and explaining them). You're responsible for keeping what you photograph for personal use, not for republishing.
AI meanings
Word meanings are written by an AI model. They're usually accurate but can be wrong. Hamesh is a learning aid; don't rely on it alone for anything important.
Challenges
The name you choose for a challenge is seen by whoever you send the code to. Don't put personal details in it you don't want to share.
Acceptable use
Don't try to disrupt the service, reach other people's data, scrape it, or use it unlawfully.
Beta and changes
Hamesh is free during its beta. We may add, change or stop features, and may later offer a paid plan, with clear terms before you subscribe.
Ending
You can stop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Disclaimer
Hamesh is provided "as is". We work to keep it running well and your data safe, but don't promise it will be free of errors or interruptions, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it.
